As part of the business strategy and for future business expansion, TOHO Precision Molds Philippines, Inc. gives job seekers the opportunity of working in Japan.

Last April 2021, Toho conducted the selection of the first batch for Japan Trainees. In preparation, the company supports their education for Japanese Language and their training before heading to TOHO Japan.

All trainees have passed and received their respective certificate in the Japanese N5-Level Examination held at Philippine Christian University last October 10, 2021.
